About Us
The YPAG represents the 2575 people who signed the petition, and more
who are becoming aware of the current reforms. It consists of people
from all professions, and ages. Our members include first language
Welsh speakers, as well as parents who have both been through Welsh
medium education and/or have placed their children in Welsh medium
streams.
We the undersigned do hearby Petition the Welsh Assembly Government to ensure the preservation of Ysgol Pantycelyn, Llandovery as an 11 to 19 age group educational establishment on its present site in the interests of the education in this rural location and the prevention of the damaging impact of any proposal to change the role of the School on the sustainability both econmoically and socially of the Town and Community of Llandovery.
